The general public and all vendors, customers, associates, employees are hereby notified that name of the company ITSL PRIVATE LIMITED has changed to ITSL LIMITED consequent upon its conversion to Public Limited Company, with effect from 11.07.2012 (Eleventh day of July Two Thousand Twelve).

Fresh Certificate of Incorporation in this regard has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, with new Corporate Identity No. U72400DL2007PLC159746. The company was originally incorporated in 2007 as ITSL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its name was changed to ITSL PRIVATE LIMITED on 19.06.2012.

All are requested to direct all correspondence, orders, invoices etc. and make payments in this new/changed name i.e. ITSL LIMITED. It is however clarified that the change of name will not affect any rights or obligations of the company and any legal proceedings by or against the company which was commenced in its former name, shall continue under its new name and all previous transactions done by/with/under the old company name, shall automatically be deemed to have been transferred to the new company name.

It is further clarified for the convenience of all concerned that all other details of the company remain unchanged. Efforts are being made to intimate individual vendors and customers separately but in case of non-communication or non-receipt of such communication due to any reason whatsoever, this Public Notice is to be considered as official intimation on the above subject.
